Lucy’s work goes beyond traditional art
She handcrafts jewellery, creates intricate dollhouses, fuses and paints glass, blending craftsmanship with creativity. Her passion for the exotic and the curious has led her to travel the world, with particular inspiration drawn from the rich cultures of the Far East and India. These travels fuel her art, filling each piece with a sense of wonder and discovery.
Many of her paintings are inspired by the Colour Mirrors system of coloured oils in bottles
Over 30 Years
Lucy has sold her art across the globe from London to New York, captivating audiences with her unique perspective. Each exhibition offers a glimpse into her evolving artistic world, where every stroke, hue and form is imbued with meaning.
Lucy Byng: Author
The Colour Mirrors system contains potent and powerful coloured oils and essences, each with its own meaning, its own 'note' of vibration, each offering insight, guidance and inspiration. The system is the creation of Melissie Jolly, a psychologist and colour therapist with many years of experience working with and teaching about colour with a profound ability to connect with the deeper truths of life and to make them available to us.
Korani Connolly has worked closely with Melissie for many years and the two of them love nothing more than creating books and courses together to bring the power of colour into your life.
Lucy Byng was first drawn to Colour MIrrors when she met Korani Connolly and took various training courses. Her deep connection wiith the system became clear almost immediately and she has often used it as inspiration for her art.
